The main job responsibility of an administrator is to ensure the efficient performance of all departments in an organization. They act as a connecting link between the staff and the employees. They provide motivation to the work force and make them realize the goals of the Bridge Montessori School.

ROLE
School support staff play an important role in ensuring learners are learning in a safe and supportive learning environment. They can foster positive, trusting relationships with students and improve school climate by encouraging parent and family involvement in education. They disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to learners and assist learners with the learning process and applying the knowledge.

Bridge Montessori School provides children with a strong routine and structure to their day, this means that they are aware of what is expected at certain times of the day. This strong foundation enables children to play a more active role in tasks as they know what to do and when to do it.

Bridge Montessori School develops communication through reading, writing, talking and listening. Literacy is a major focus in early learning, and particularly in kindergarten, because these skills are so critical. learners learn to read so they can read to learn in later grades.

Bridge Montessori School plays a massive role in lower primary education by ensuring broad based learning of the child. This includes development of social, cognitive, cultural, emotional and physical skills.
UPPER PRIMARY DEPARTMENT

ROLE
Bridge Montessori School teaches foundational literacy and numeracy skills which are used across all subject areas. Without these basic abilities, all subject areas become inaccessible to the child. Gaps appear which can affect a child's learning in multiple subjects, such as English, History, OWOP, Science, Maths, ICT etc.

Bridge Montessori School help learners re-direct their values and attitudes and use their competencies for service to their less fortunate brothers; providing a balanced program of learners growth and development to include the intellectual, moral, spiritual, social and physical aspects of development.
